By publishing your ad on mdp-immobilier.com, you fully and unreservedly accept the following conditions which you have previously read.

Our ads are strictly reserved for individuals who plan to sell or rent a property constituting their property. By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale and by publishing an ad in our columns, you undertake on your honor not to be a real estate professional, nor to act directly or indirectly, on behalf of a real estate professional. real estate nor to sublet social housing. You are solely responsible for the documents and information communicated to MDP.
We only advertise one property per ad. The text, the telephone numbers and the price appearing in the advertisements can be modified free of charge during publication. However, the property described must remain the original one without the possibility of substituting another property.

Your ad will be broadcast on our MDP site according to the rates and duration you have chosen, the price of these packages being indicated on all our offers and supports.

Our rates are fixed and are for consecutive publications. As soon as an announcement is published, its payment remains with us, even if it is stopped before the end of its publication.

We inform you that we are unable to publish:
• Photos of insufficient quality
• Photos featuring people
• Aerial photos taken by a professional
• Photo-montage (several photos in one)
• Architect's or developer's drawings
• Photos from a magazine, a tourist or commercial brochure, a postcard If you attach photos to your ad, you alone are responsible for them. Please note that MDP can in no way guarantee the authenticity of the photos that the advertiser has communicated.

MDP offers to receive the contacts generated by your ad. This is a service allowing you to filter real estate professionals from your contacts, the principle of MDP being the relationship between individuals and individuals, it does not offer you an analysis of the profiles of buyers. The advertiser retains full freedom to contact or not the candidates whose contact details have been transmitted to him because MDP does not intervene in the relations between the advertiser and the candidates.

MDP can not guarantee the authenticity or veracity of the content communicated by the customer, nor any consequences resulting therefrom with regard to candidates for acquisition or rental. On the other hand, we require as a condition for the publication of an advertisement, a list of compulsory documents to be provided by the owners of the goods.
The evaluation, object of the order, is based on the indications, photographs, plans and other information or appendices provided by the customer. Any erroneous statement, omission, or false information cannot engage the responsibility of MDP.
